Avatar: Leader Misty

Cerulean City's Gym Leader, Misty! Not much to say about here, except for the fact that Starmie is ridonculously out of proportion. So, uh, let's get down to the redesign.

CHANGES FROM GAME DESIGN (FR/LG):

-Hairstyle changed slightly to appear as a mix between the FR/LG style and the HG/SS one.
-White vest with red accents added, though I suppose this could be interpreted as a towel, too. Another HG/SS reference.
-Barefoot, so as to appear that she was just swimming.
